No commercial arrangement has ever changed a figure or a statement of the law on this site, and none ever will. The formula is published, the working is shown on every calculation, and any error would be visible to anyone who checked. That is a stronger guarantee than asking you to trust us.

Why the referral point matters here
The obvious way to monetise a site like this is to sell the traffic — a "speak to a lawyer" button paying per lead. It pays considerably better than advertising.
We do not do it, and the reason is structural rather than high-minded. The moment a referral fee exists, every sentence advising you to take advice becomes a sales pitch, and you have no way of telling which is which. The site's only value is that it tells you what the law says whether or not that is convenient. A referral arrangement would quietly destroy that, and there would be no way for a reader to detect it.
Many UAE gratuity calculators are published by law firms, recruiters or consultancies as a lead capture. That does not make their figures wrong, but it is worth knowing before you hand over your salary and dates. A calculator that asks for your phone number before showing the answer is not primarily a calculator.
Corrections
Spotted a statement of the law that is wrong? info@uaefinalsettlement.com. Amendments go onto the affected page with the date they were made. Nothing gets silently reworded to look as though it had always said the right thing.
